We are looking for companies to invest in. Perhaps where there is no obvious exit in mind. Or where the owner wants to take a break from running the business or wants a change in direction.
We can create equitable exit paths for owner operators or investor portfolio businesses and work to create commercial groups built around employees.
Sector neutral. Preferred industry targets include Manufacturing, the wider Care sector (from Montessori & Early Years to Healthcare) and suppliers to it, Industrials and engineering.
We invest and bring follow-on funding as required from trade, commercial and equity finance.

Background
Worked with SME companies for over 20 years as corporate finance adviser and consultant helping tech companies in fund-raisings, M&A and market positioning strategies.
A client in 2003 invited me to join the Board of Kurdistan Development in Iraq.
This involved promotions work to investors and specifically formations of two Joint Ventures with Kuwaiti groups. One in logistics and the other to develop 100,000 sq m of land which we owned freehold. We brought in one of Kuwait’s largest real estate companies as a partner and manager.
I remain on the Board and responsible for overseeing. Has included negotiating with a bad tenant to exit and relationship management with Kuwait counterparts.
Established Hope Montessori School, opened in 2008. The first site was expanded last year and we have just exchanged to expand our second school. We will cater for 200+ children by the end of year.
I am now placing more emphasis on the UK and am looking for investment opportunities. Either connected to the school in recruitment or foods or possibly another setting.
Sector agnostic so all areas considered.
